Mail in your application with a copy of your passport or US Drivers License and your non-refundable application fee of $10. If you are planning on living with someone who is not your spouse, each person must fill out an application.

Money Order or Cash in the amount of $10 US dollars is accepted.

Only applications that include a copy of photo ID and the $10 application fee will be processed. The photo ID must match the person that is to live in the apartment. We are guided by the zoning ordinances of the City of Champaign and the housing units setforth: a couple with a child or a single person with a child will need a two bedroom apartment. No more than two people can live in an efficiency or one bedroom apartment.
